By downloading, installing, or using Gaffer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Gaffer is an independent, unofficial application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All Premier League-related trademarks and data are the property of their respective owners.
The App provides push notifications based on live Fantasy Premier League data. The App relies on publicly available data sources that may change or become unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed or delivered through notifications.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Notifications may be delayed, inaccurate, or missed entirely due to factors beyond our control.
Gaffer offers both free and premium features. Some features require an active Season Pass subscription. The Season Pass is an auto-renewing annual subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period. We reserve the right to modify which features are included in free and premium tiers.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled by the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any decisions made based on data or notifications provided by the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen, which will permanently remove all your data. Termination of your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through your device's subscription settings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
